We have the HARDWARE
Being an expert in CNC milling, we have got modern 5-axis CNC milling machinery. They offer travel ranges of 3600 x 1100 x 1100 mm. The microprocessor and the control electronics were specially designed to satisfy the high computing requirements of simultaneous millíng.
We have the SOFTWARE
The milling programme is the key to complex 5-axis simultaneous milling. Modern programming devices, high-performance computer technology and experienced programmers design an efficient milling programme for every component.
We have the People
The experience of our employees is the key success factor for the production of complex geometries. For many years, Taenzler produces CNC milled parts on customer's behalf and for the in-house production of conveyor systems. In this context, the right strategy of milling determines quality, cost and time. Taenzler developed longstanding expertise and experience. Being an experienced and coordinated team, we fulfill the high requirements of CNC parts in every project stage, which are order planning, operation scheduling, CNC programming, CNC milling and shipment.

CNC milling is one of Taenzler’s core competences. For years, we have produced CNC parts for a variety of customers. At the same time, we produce for our in-house manufacturing of conveyor systems. Purchase those CNC parts, whose production does not fall into your core compentence from Taenzler.
We ensure high quality, on schedule production according to your drawing. We are also able to transfer your data from any common CAD system as well.
