Precision in rotation
CNC turning
CNC turning is a computer-controlled manufacturing process used to produce rotationally symmetrical components with high precision and efficiency.
Our capabilities in CNC turning:
Processable materials:
We turn almost all common materials, including:
- Structural steel
- Aluminum
- Titanium
- Engineering plastics
- Stainless steel
- Inconel
- Bronze
- Hardox
- Other materials on request
Technology at the highest level
Our CNC turning machines
At Taenzler, we rely on CNC lathes with manual loading and two state-of-the-art turning/milling centers with 3 m bar loaders and robotic automation for the production of high-quality turned parts. This gives us maximum flexibility when machining saw cuts and parts with high surface requirements. This means that our machines are optimally tailored to the requirements of single-part and series production, enabling precise and economical machining of your workpieces.
